Dynamic Analysis and Optimal Control of Fractional Order African Swine Fever Models with Media Coverage
نویسندگان
چکیده
African swine fever is a highly contagious virus that causes pig disease. Its onset process short, but the mortality rate as high 100%. There are still no effective drugs have been developed to treat fever, and prevention control measures currently best means avoid infection in herds. In this paper, two fractional order mathematical models with media coverage constructed describe transmission of fever. The first model basic coverage, considered. For model, reproduction number obtained by using next generation matrix method. Then, sufficient conditions for existence stability equilibriums obtained. Based on second established incorporating measures. By Pontryagin’s maximal principle, optimal solution derived. After that, some numerical simulations performed verify theoretical results. Both qualitative analysis results indicate timely combined disinfection crucial preventing spread

As it is well known, successful vaccination in many viral diseases was reached by classical empirical approaches: attenuated or inactivated virus-based vaccines, viral protein immunization, etc. However, previous attempts to develop vaccines against ASFV have not reached expectations and the reasons of several vaccination failures are unknown yet. Then, a deeper knowledge of basic virology ques...

African swine fever (ASF) is a devastating haemorrhagic fever of pigs that causes up to 100% mortality, for which there is no vaccine. It is caused by a unique DNA virus that is maintained in an ancient cycle between warthogs and argasid ticks, making it the only known DNA arbovirus. ASF has a high potential for transboundary spread, and has twice been transported from Africa to other continent...
متن کاملAfrican Swine Fever: genomic
Many reports have been written describing the major rearrangements that occur during adaptation of ASF virus to tissue culture (2, 13, 15). Comparison of restriction enzyme site maps of genomes of tissue culture adapted virus with those of unadapted virus showed that most changes resulted from deletions or additions of sequences from regions close to both termini. In two different experiments (...

African swine fever is one of the most important and serious diseases of domestic pigs. Its highly contagious nature and ability to spread over long distances make it one of the most feared diseases, since its devastating effects on pig production have been experienced not only in most of sub-Saharan Africa but also in western Europe, the Caribbean, Brazil and, most recently, the Caucasus. Unli...
متن کاملComparative Analysis of African Swine Fever Virus Genotypes and Serogroups
African swine fever virus (ASFV) causes highly lethal hemorrhagic disease among pigs, and ASFV's extreme antigenic diversity hinders vaccine development. We show that p72 ASFV phylogenetic analysis does not accurately define ASFV hemadsorption inhibition assay serogroups. Thus, conventional ASFV genotyping cannot discriminate between viruses of different virulence or predict efficacy of a speci...
